ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Leadership Award

Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý ÌýThe Leadership award is given to a chapter president.

Candidates to the award shall be the Chapter Presidents from the list of active chapters.

Ìý

A chapter president shall be assessed as follows:

  1. Administrative/ leadership skills
  • An election was conducted for the year
  • The chapter has an Organizational structure (board meetings, organized committees)
  • Service to members is evident
  • Financial viability
  • % of members’ in attendance in the Annual Conventions and other national activities

  • Frequency of scientific meetings
  • Membership participation

3.ÌýCommunity Service

  • Role of the chapter
  • Nature of community service
  • Extent of project
  • Participation of members in community service

4.ÌýStrategic/Operational plan
5.ÌýParticipation in national and regional activities

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Most Active Chapter Secretary

The nominee shall be assessed as follows:

  • Quality of submitted reports
  • No. of submitted reports
  • No. of Communications sent
  • Completeness of chapter Records
  • Attendance in local and national activities

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Most Active Chapter Treasurer

The nominee shall be assessed as follows:

  • Percentage of paid-up collection
  • Percentage of collection from inactive members
  • Punctuality of financial reports and transmittal
  • Clarity of report
  • Attendance in local and national activities
