Abbott Laboratories through its Established Pharmaceuticals Division provided an educational grant to the Research Committee of the Philippine Academy of Family Physician, Inc. in its clinical guidelines and pathway development efforts. The grant will be used for the development of two clinical pathways i.e., dizziness and diarrhea. The Â鶹ֱ²¥ has been developing and disseminating clinical pathways to improve the quality of care given to the patients of its members. It is also being done in preparation for the Universal Health Care implementation. The development process follows a rigorous standard of evidence-based approach.
